{"id":106,"date":"2016-10-04T06:31:49","date_gmt":"2016-10-04T12:31:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.curli.us\/?p=106"},"modified":"2016-10-04T06:32:11","modified_gmt":"2016-10-04T12:32:11","slug":"bad-things-come-in-threes-right","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.curli.us\/?p=106","title":{"rendered":"Bad Things Come in Three&#8217;s, Right?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In the past week, the following has happened.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The media server, Valhalla, was mysteriously infected by Ransomware but no note was found; only encrypted files.<\/li>\n<li>The main NAS for my network is reporting hundreds of &#8220;File System Errors&#8221; but is unable to tell me any more information and all the data is accessible.<\/li>\n<li>There was a storage failure (and subsequent automatic recovery) of the VMware server in the middle of the night and that caused four (4) virtual machines to fail; cause of the failure is completely unknown.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I really hate things that break. \u00a0Tune in for more as this story develops.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the past week, the following has happened.
